Prof. Dr. Natasha Gjorgovska
Prof. Dr. Natasha Gjorgovska is a full-time professor in University Ss. Ciril and Methodius in Skopje, Institute of Animal Science. She is working in Department of Nutrition and Foodstuffs Processing and has over 20 years in animal nutrition and in last 10 years been working on experiments for producing enriched eggs (with vitamins, minerals, omega 3 fatty acids etc), and the last few years with herbs, plants for producing eggs with lower lipid oxidation and better natural yolk colour. She is hoping to use the new knowledge and experience with Ulva as a supplement in poultry nutrition and use it for new quality nutritive products.
